1.  Philosophy, Importance and Objectives of Curriculum

    1.1. Bachelor of Laws Curriculum has the philosophy as follows:

        To manage education to have a modern instruction and enhance students to be ready in academic, to have emotional development and responsibility towards society for the highest benefits for society in compliance to a recognized standard in professions of lawyer field.

    1.2. Importance of Bachelor of Laws Curriculum is as follows:

           1.2.1. To produce undergraduate students in laws field to be ready in every aspect: academic, behavior, virtue and ethics.

           1.2.2. To produce undergraduate students in the field of laws to posses conscious and responsibility to help, protect and guard rights and privileges of publicity, including to aware professional ethics in professions of laws.

           1.2.3. To produce undergraduate students in the field of laws to be responsible towards political and governing participation in local level and national level.

           1.2.4. To produce undergraduate students in the field of laws to possess knowledge in conformity with the needs of labor market in public and private sector.

           1.2.5. To enhance potentiality of the University to have covered academic resource in every aspect and to be a new alternative for learners in education of laws.

    1.3. Bachelor of Laws Curriculum has the significant objectives that are considered as the responsibility of the University to make undergraduate students possess characteristics as follows:

           1.3.1. To produce undergraduate students to possess virtue, morals in conformity with principle of profession of laws practitioner

           1.3.2. To posses skill, academic mastery and juristic practice in adjudication of problems, fact and problems in matter of laws correctly

           1.3.3. To posses problem-solving skills by applying from knowledge, reason and discretion with suitability and to be responsible to society

           1.3.4. To possess cooperative skills for working with other and acknowledge different opinions, as well as, to be able to give suitable opinions

           1.3.5. To possess ability to access data resource, media, information technology and skills in using foreign language with suitability
